Returns

Anthony Miles will offer a refund or exchange (if stock is available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 14 days of dispatch. You must return the goods to us in or with their original packaging with their labels intact. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the Shipment Confirmation email sent to your nominated email address on dispatch. Refunds must be made through the website, following the returns procedure. Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession, and if you fail to do so we may have a right to make a claim against you for compensation. We recommend therefore that you wrap your items safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Anthony Miles. If a refund is required, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two). We always aim to honour an exchange. If the item you require is out of stock we will contact you and give you a choice of an alternative product or a refund. We recommend you contact us ahead of time to reserve a product required for an exchange. If the item you require is of a higher value we wil contact you to take an additional payment. Once the exchange is completed we will then cover the cost of shipping the new item along with documentation to your original delivery address.

RETURN AN ITEM.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging with a copy of your receipt, and make sure that the goods are in the same condition you received them. We recommend posting using a signed for service and remember to keep your postage receipt. If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to avoid customs charges.

RETURNING SHOES.

When returning shoes to us please do not use the shoebox as the outer packaging. Shoeboxes must be wrapped in plastic or paper packaging before being shipped back to us. Our outer shoe packaging is reusable.

RETURNING AN INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEM.

When you order with us we check the details you provide on 4 separate occasions. So if we are doing our job properly you should receive just what you ordered. If we have made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item we will be happy to sort it out for you if you email enquiries@anthony-miles.co.uk

RETURN A FAULTY ITEM.

Throughout the time that your item/s is at Anthony Miles it will be checked for quality. The final check is done when your order is packed by our despatch team so we are almost certain that you will be happy with the quality of your order. If you are for any reason not 100% satisfied or there is a fault please email enquiries@anthony-miles.co.uk including your name, order number and details of the fault and we will do our very best to ship a replacement, repair the item or refund you the cost. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely. We advise that you ship your item/s using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item/s.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Anthony Miles.co.uk for a full refund. Inform Anthony Miles via enquiries@anthony-miles.co.uk or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your name and order number. Once you have received notification from us that your order has been shipped you will have to accept delivery and then follow our returns procedure.
